Thida Win was born in Taunggyi, Shan State in 1983. Studied the elementary and secondary education at TTC and B.E.H.S (1),Taunggyi. Attended the Sport and Physical Education High school, Yangon. Graduated from Dagon University majoring in English. At the same time she was become Myanmar Selected Archer and won the gold and bronze medals at the international competition for the country.
For the Shan state development, she was participated and worked as an executive committee member at the Myanmar Computer Professional Association and Computer Industrial Association (Shan State). Besides, she was selected as an executive committee member at the Myanmar Fruits, Flowers, Vegetables grower and exporter association (Shan State).
In the year 2011-2012, she was selected and send to Israel, Arava International Center for Agriculture Training (AICAT) to study about Diploma in Advanced Agricultural, Agricultural Business and Management. It was very intensive program and she was achieved the Award for Excellence Student.
After she came back from Israel, she received an offered as a Technology and Management manger from one of the companies which is corporate with India. They were implemented the farming with Israeli high technology, (250) Acres. She was responsible for overall operations of farming implementation and it was successfully accomplished. Not only succeed but also empowered the local farmer by shared the knowledge of Israeli high technology.
Then, Arava International Center for Agriculture Training (AICAT) offered her as a Student Coordinator in Israel (2014-2016). Fully responsible to achieve the goals for all the Myanmar students while their studying and living time in Israel, engaging between students to trainers, business owners, doing research , also as an entrepreneur too. Moreover, she was lead the Myanmar student group and created Myanmar National trade mark, then participated at the International Agriculture Exhibition. Achieved international recognition. For that achievement, she was selected for radio broadcasting in Jerusalem by Jewish National Fund (JNF) .AICAT rewarded her Certificate of Recognition and Apperception, because of her excellent and devoted work as a student coordinator, group leader, translator and supporter of the group of students from Myanmar that studied at AICAT.
Besides she studied about the Food Safety and Security, Food Security Policy and Economics, Nutrition and Public Health summer course at the Tel Aviv University, Israel.
She passed the Basic Diplomatic Skill training from the Ministry of Foreign. She worked as an assistant project manager in MYANAMA AWBA GROUP. She participated one of the beneficial projects to the farmers.
Currently, she is working as a project manager in Tag International Development. She is responsible for overall operations of Plan Bee Project and leading the vocational sector, commercial service sector and production .She is hard working and carry on the project to finish successfully and community development.
